At Queen’s Chocolate, you will find Belgian pralines consisting of a chocolate shell with a softer, sometimes liquid, filling, traditionally made of different combinations of hazelnut, almonds, sugar, syrup and often milk-based pastes. These high-fat, low-melting point chocolates are at the luxury end of Belgian chocolate and represent an important product of many Belgian chocolatiers.
The praline is an invention of the Belgian chocolate industry, as is the ballotin, a kind of packaging associated with high-quality chocolate. We can provide you with ballotins for as few as one or two pralines or much bigger ones as well. And of course, here also, we can also fully personalise those ballotins with your logo, colors and messages.
